Went swimming with Zijie and Kieran today.. turned black, so its good :)

cut my hair too! hehe.

So many people's getting their enlistment letters.. some in commandos, some in police.. I wished I got mine faster.

I got a shock when I found out how hard it is to get into any business courses in ANY universities. 3.9 GPA! omgwtfbbq.

At least they gave me another chance, sociology interview on the 27th. better than nothing.

let's hope I can make it through.

Good news: If I never saw wrongly, it's a Diploma with Merit for me! yay. Just how it will get me into uni is another mystery..

On a sidenote, my H-Logic album hasn't arrived yet. >_>

Since I have like, 3 more hours before my korean class, I'll just blog to stave off my boredom.

Yesterday was the last day of the temporary job at SMU as an Exam assistant. over the course of the last week, I'd like to think that the morning shift peeps are friends. lol.

at least we talked alot more than when we first met. haha.

and the morning shift peeps nicknamed zijie as Mr Muscle, or ji rou nan. HAHA. so crude.
and they nicknamed me pencil. >_>

Ivan was out of country, and so only alex, eileen, huijuan and janice were together with me and zijie yesterday. dude i said quite a few things not well received, but at least it was funny though.

Note: learn to think more before blurting out things. to prevent funny situations from arising again. :D

Oh! I also made a sister with one of them. LOL. yah this is fate man. >_<

I'll probably never see them again though. but sometimes all these people are just fun to hang out with..

Worked today, and at Cityhall mrt, inserted within Today newspaper was an advertisement by Heineken. T.G.I.M, and there's a couple stickers on that stuck on the whiteboard now. lol.

after work ends at around 12+, went to swim with zijie. HAHA finally found something to win him at. Frogstyle!

went to Serangoon Mrt soon after to collect my album bromides. reached there at 630 and then got it at 730,when meeting's supposed to be at 7pm.

since it was a rainy day, an interesting thing happened to me. lol.

anyways, story goes like this.

I was just waiting at the exit for the blogshop ppl to arrive, when this girl reached the exit too.

so, I was just trying to mind my own business and she was there walking from my left to my right, and my right to my left.

I thought, "ah. not bad looking at all." and minded my own business again.

so during the 20 minutes, she was just walking to and fro, left to right for Idunnowhat.

All the while I was thinking all those things men thinks la. like how good a girlfriend she'd make, and so on. lol I was that bored.

so it's now around 7pm, when she then talked to me, asking me to lend her my phone so she could call her dad who's late. "ah. alrights." I thought, since i was listening to my ipod touch I never opened my mouth and just lent her the phone. hahaha.

all along the call I was thinking, "ah. is this the time when I ask her for her phone number and stuff when the call ends?" lol. it's fun imagining but not so fun trying to do it.

so it's then about 5 mins later that her dad arrived and drove her home.

so since I lent her my phone earlier, I was expecting some kind of recognition, or gratitude, thanks or something. but what's funny was that she just sat in the front seat sulking at me, when I looked at her, expecting thanks, or just a slight nod would do. lol.

Eitherway its fine with me la, she's cute, and I have lots of free smses, call minutes anyways.

Plus the fact that I've prepared to grab her hair or something if she tries something funny, like running away with my phone.

I still don't know what to make of it though. as expected of me, but I prefer to believe whatever it is I think.

With regards to NS

Contrary to popular belief, I so wanna go to NS now. LOL.

c'mon man! send me my enlistment letter so I don't have to wait any longer!

Provided I don't die during national service, I'm pretty sure I'll end up looking better and tougher. heehee.

I hope that NS allows me to think about future stuff in my life, like this, and that.. ahaha.
damn damn damn. 2 days of barely 70 bucks. the UOL invigilation thing's sure messing with me. at least I have time to go swimming.. if i stick to my schedule. too many promises broken though =(

there are friends I want to meet and people I want to know even more, you know.. too bad sometimes it's just a case of wasted opportunities and bad timings and the like.
are there only just "you and I" when we're talking about relationships in general? or other factors also?

and then there's the attraction problem. shit. too many things in life left unknown.

feeling down is simply not Robin, so he's just going to stop thinking and go to the library to pay his fines later in the late morning.

also, he received the letter for may's work, and found out that he's only doing it for 2 sessions, $64 bucks. shit.

Nevertheless, he's still waiting for his acceptance letter and also this and that NS letter to drop into place, so that he can carry on with his life.
ah well, today's job was better enjoyed since the whole morning shift people watched movies together in the morning. Rec 2. not a bad movie, but way too predictable.

had lunch together too, got a foot long subway italian bmt, plus 3 cookies, 2 of which was eaten earlier, like 2330?

AH! saw a pretty girl going for law interview for smu the day before yesterday. cute, and I actually wanted to ask for her number. lol siao. too bad I was working~
yesterday's also good, a pretty girl went for business interview too. although i feel that the law girl was cuter, zj thought otherwise. ahaha. he's gonna kill me if sarah reads this.

got nervous when I heard Joy and Ryan receiving their acceptance letters already. ahaha.

it's just, if I applied of course I wanted to get into Uni, and if I didn't get accepted, it just bears heavily on my pride la. play to win man!

went bbqing with year 1 dba class peeps. its fun doing all these things with them again after, like 2 years? it's fun all the way man! will go into details next time since i'm going to sleep.

UOL haven't sent me the letter, and when i checked my application just now, for NTU, realised that if you didn't submit the remaining documents, the application will not be processed.

I really hope that its because of this reason I had received no news about any acceptance. any other reasons means I fail at life. lol.

ahh off to sleep and the computer to work at converting the videos for tomorrow's slacking.

anyways whenever Janice's boyfriend smile, it can be considered a very rare occasion, but guess what? that damn zijie can really buddy with him siaa.. ahaha.
seeing a "cool" person smile is oh so satisfying that you'll smile inside, since he's just that hard to make happy. >_>

interviewed at SMU today. yup just go down to meeting place after work, since i'm in that building already.

the english proficiency test was in my opinion a waste of time though. wtf. interview was on the article given, which is about distraction. just crapped my way through, and hopefully my backup plan will be intact, if SMU accepts me.

the only thing that I remember was when i introduced myself.

whatever man. ahaha!

anyways, there's a couple of resolutions I've decided to follow:

1. Beef myself up. protein powder and whatever man. if it works, i'll try.
2. gym with zijie and friends everytime he calls me
3. go swim with kieran if he's free
4. tanning? LOL. I'm embarrassed just saying that. omo.
5. buy a pair of headphones, or darn good pair of in-ear earphones
6. eat healthy!

Now i'm beginning to realise so many things to build my body. boosts self confidence, esteem plus i get a nice hot body if I succeed. YAY!

oh yeah, the part about playing the stock market is real. I'm gonna invest when I have the means to.
cause I came to a conclusion that right now, I wont be able to earn big bucks. stock's risky, but I had interest in it, so I'm gonna try. woot.
going for bbq with year 1 poly mates after work tomorrow, but not before eating dinner at home. I'm gonna beef up, yeah?

It's 3 days since the start of my job as an exam assistant in SMU.

Don't hate the job personally, but its more of being a student helper than a normal job, in my opinion.

standing in for invigilators if something comes up, or toilet break. other than that, have to set up, as in arrange the answer booklets, oms according to the seat number, put up the seating plan.

so other than all these jobs, the rest of the time are free to use. Slack? yup. Boring? lots.

just try been so bored that you can just stone for an hour or so.. I never even did that in my house, and I was actually thankful that I get to stand in for the invigilator. LOL.

At least when standing in you can find your eyecandy. ahaha. if you are lucky.

So far average 1 class 1? whatever man.

regarding other stuff, I'm basically in a deadend unless I start something. by myself.

I'm not hurrying, but the side effects that come with it are irritating me more. must be the freaking character/personality when I'm out with my secondary schoolmates. lol.

I pushed it back 2 years ago, and now I'm not sure if it'll be good to push it any longer. ah well.

and it's not even a matter about whether I'm ready for it anymore.

Stop making guesses. There's no reason for anyone to know what I'm talking about.
I'm frustrated, that's all. where else to release all these energy?

Lightning struck the old golf course near my house yesterday, smoke rose, and its pretty interesting, since I wasn't near there at all =)

I'm beginning to think that I should had spent my time better, or youth. lol. just wish I made more friends, erm, scratch that, acquaintances. Friends I have more than enough to last me two lifetimes. haha.

when shit hits the fan

went to watch Clash of the Titans with marlon, julie, zhenyu, wanping and xinyi. supposed to be me organising the whole thingy, but in the end xinyi organised it. ahaha. sorry ah xinyi :D

the movie was interesting, but was different from what I expected it to be, as a classical greek myth. ahaha. Remember the movie was a remake of the previous clash of the titans.

scenes i remembered to be different:

1. Perseus married Andromeda
2. There was no Ire (the female whos forever young), and instead it was Athena who gave him the shield, the nymphs who gave him the helmet of invisbility, and Hermes who gave him winged sandals. So, no Pegasus. Bellorophon was the one person who got on pegasus in the first place, but that's another story.
3. there's no scorpions and the supposed 'father' of perseus in the classic myth, the fisherman's real.

you can just go search wikipedia for the differences. lol. its a good movie anyways, love the scorpions and the hunters. :D

went cycling yesterday at ECP. was fun until we had this incident. aha.

gonna be doing my korean homework when I wake up later in the morning. procrastination.
